Orders are dispatched everyday between Monday and Friday, excluding Christmas, Easter and bank holidays. Orders made before 12:00 PM are shipped on the same day and those made after 12:00 PM are shipped on the next business day.
Domestic shipping
We offer delivery service by Royal Mail on all orders within the United Kingdom. This is the Second Class delivery method which takes 2-3 business days to deliver and does NOT include tracking service.
If you wish to opt for a more secure delivery service, you can choose tracked shipping method at checkout.
All your embroidery patches will be sent in one single package and the postage fees will be combined.
Please note, that your items of different assortment may be dispatched from different stock locations therefore you may receive more than one parcel.
International shipping
For international shipping we offer Royal Mail International Signed for method for all inventory. The delivery timefame for Europe is 3-5 business days and 6-7 business days for other locations. This method is fully tracked and requires a signature on delivery. Please, note that additional shipping costs apply depending on the delivery location. All postage fees are displayed at checkout.
All your purchases will be sent in one single package and the postage fees will be combined.
